Hi There, I’m Sasha
Welcome to Bliss & Balance!
I have always been passionate about fitness, even whilst working in banking and writing novels (my other passion!) I qualified as a Pilates teacher several years ago and love offering creative, energetic classes set to upbeat music guaranteed to lift your mood and make working out enjoyable.
I found Yoga and meditation later in life and qualified as an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Instructor at 1-2-1 Urban Hot Yoga. I acquired meditation and breathwork qualifications at various accredited centres, including certifications in Yoga Nidra.
Alongside my ‘Power Pilates’ classes, I offer holistic, themed Yoga and meditation classes combining elements of breathwork, mindful movement and deeply relaxing Savasanas using aromatherapy oils and grounding techniques.
Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, these classes will hopefully provide a space for you to move, breathe, and find balance. Let’s begin your journey today!
