Bliss & Balance offers Yoga, Pilates, and meditation classes designed to strengthen, energize, and restore. Whether you’re seeking a dynamic flow, core-focused training, or deep relaxation, there is an expert-led session which will cater to all levels.

Rise & Shine Yoga

Rise & Shine Yoga is the perfect way to start your day. A dynamic Vinyasa-style class integrating breathwork, movement, and mindfulness. 

Mindful Movement Yoga

An evening candlelit Yoga class to help you unwind and rejuvenate, combining Vinyasa-style poses, gentle, intentional sequences and blissful Savasanas. 

Flow & Glow Yoga

A breath-centered, mid-morning class blending elements of Ashtanga-inspired sequences, somatic movement and calming breathwork. Flow, deepen flexibility and breathe.

Power Pilates

Morning and evening sessions are available and each class is a full body work out combining Pilates, ballet movement and strength training. Expect energetic classes with upbeat playlists and lots of powerful, core-based moves. 

Meditation & Relaxation

A guided journey to deep relaxation using gentle stretches, breathwork and guided visualisations. This is your opportunity to slow down, cultivate mindfulness and reconnect with yourself. 

1-2-1 Sessions

Tailored one-on-one or private group sessions focusing on Yoga, Pilates, or meditation are available on demand. Designed for personal fitness or wellness goals, injury recovery, or deepening your personal practise.

FAQ

What should I bring to class?

Spare mats are always available, but most clients prefer to use their own. All Yoga and Pilates props are provided, as well as personalised eye masks for relaxation and meditation sessions (but feel free to bring blankets and pillows for optimum cosiness). Wear whatever clothing you are comfortable moving and relaxing in and a water bottle is always useful.

Can I book a private session?

Private sessions are available for Yoga, Pilates, or meditation. Tailored to your goals, they offer individual attention and deeper guidance. Use the online form to enquire about pricing and scheduling.

How do I book a class?

You can book directly through the website. Choose your class, select a time, secure your spot. Wellness forms are completed at your first session to highlight any injuries or personal needs and a friendly Whatsapp group is used in line with the website to update class information.

 

Do I need prior experience?

Classes are designed for all levels with modifications to accommodate injuries and differing abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’ll feel comfortable and supported.

Are your classes suitable for injuries?

Yes. When you complete your wellness form at your first session, please ensure that you fill out the section about any injuries or age-related conditions and provide any additional information about range of movement. You will then be given the safest and most effective experience to accommodate your needs.
