Classes

Flow Yoga

A dynamic Vinyasa-style class integrating breath, movement, and mindfulness. Designed to energize, improve flexibility, and build strength. Perfect for all levels, offering modifications and hands-on adjustments for optimal alignment.

Power Pilates

A full-body workout combining Pilates, ballet, and strength training. Core-focused with small, precise movements to tone and strengthen. Expect an energizing class with fun music, tailored to all fitness levels.

Mindful Movement

A slow, breath-centered class blending elements of yoga and somatic movement. Designed to release tension, enhance mobility, and restore balance. Suitable for all levels, with a deeply relaxing final meditation.
